The Kigali delight pool is a haven for relaxation. For your safety, younger guests (6-15 years old) must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Due to Rwandan Municipality regulations, children aged 5 years and under are not permitted in the pool.
Check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is 12:00pm midday. Rooms will be available after the standard check in time hence for any early arrivals we recommend that you reserve the room from the previous night. Kindly provide us with your expected arrival time before the check in date.
Late departures can be requested for, however will be subject to availability on the day of departure
As per government regulations, a valid identification (Passport, Emirates ID or GCC National ID) is required at the time of check in or when visiting an in house guest.

Guarantee Policy: Valid credit card details are required to guarantee your booking. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the card presented at time of booking. In case of pre-authorization failure, the reservation made can be released at the hotel’s discretion.
An additional deposit of USD 10 per room per night will be required upon arrival for your incidental charges. Please note that we do not accept cash payment beyond USD 30 directly at the hotel as per anti-money laundering guidelines.

Smoking Policy – The Hotel has only one smoking floor on Level 4. Requests for smoking rooms are subject to availability. Should you choose to smoke in a non smoking room, please note that there will be an incremental charge for deep cleaning which is equivalent to two nights’ accommodation.

Child Policy: A baby cot can be provided free of charge for an infant aged 3 and below in some room types. Children aged 4 – 11 are charged per night for extra beds, whereas children aged 12 years and above are considered adults. The Kigali Delight Deluxe room cannot accommodate extra beds.

Extra Bed Policy: Extra beds are subject to availability. Only one extra bed can be placed in the room. Not all room types can accommodate an extra bed.

Groups policy: When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Please note that the daily rates displayed reflect the average rate applying throughout the total number of nights selected. In the event the number of nights is modified at a later stage, the average rates might also change. For promotions offering attraction tickets, the tickets can only be utilized during the stay in which they were issued.
